1. On receipt
- Check the outer carton for damage or signs of leakage.
- Confirm the lot number on each vial matches the packing slip.
- Confirm the flip-off cap is present and the crimp seal is tight and undamaged.
- Check the glass for cracks or chips, particularly at the shoulder and base.
- Confirm the expiry date leaves enough time for your planned use.
2. Before each use
Inspect the solution under good light, first against a white background and then against a black one, gently swirling without creating bubbles. It should be clear, colorless and free of visible particles.
3. Discard the vial if
- the solution is cloudy, discolored, or contains particles or fibers;
- the cap was missing or the seal was broken on arrival;
- the glass is cracked or chipped;
- the vial has been frozen;
- it is past the lot expiry date;
- it is more than 28 days since first puncture, or the puncture date was not recorded.
4. Reporting a problem
Contact us with your order number, the lot number and, if possible, a photograph. Quality complaints are logged against the lot and reviewed, and we replace affected units. If a problem points to the lot rather than a single unit, our recall procedure notifies every customer who received it.
