Summary: a standing order renews automatically and charges your payment method on the frequency you choose (every 1, 2 or 3 months) until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time from your account, in one step.
1. What you agree to
When you start a standing order, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge the price shown at checkout (currently $20.00 per vial, plus any applicable tax, with free U.S. shipping) on each renewal date, until you cancel.
2. Renewal and reminders
Each renewal is charged on the renewal date shown in your account, and the order ships shortly after. We email a reminder before each renewal, along with a confirmation after each charge.
3. Changing your order
From your account you can skip the next shipment, change quantity, change frequency (effective from the next renewal), pause and resume, and update your payment method and shipping address.
4. Cancelling
Cancel at any time at Account → Subscriptions. No phone call, email or retention step is required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you will not be charged again. Orders already paid will still ship.
5. Price changes
If the price changes, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to your standing order, and you may cancel before then.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry over several days and email you. If it still fails, the standing order may be canceled.
