TrueBac Water supplies laboratory reagents. This policy explains the limits on how our products may be purchased and used. It forms part of our Terms of Sale.
1. Intended use
Our products are intended for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical, quality-control, industrial and educational use. They are not drugs, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease, and are not for human or veterinary use of any kind.
2. Buyer attestation
At checkout every buyer confirms their organization or status, their field of work and intended research application, that they are at least 21 years old, and that the products will be used only as described in this policy. We keep this attestation with the order.
3. What we will not do
- Provide information, advice or instructions about human or animal use of any product.
- Sell products alongside, or market them in connection with, materials intended for human or animal administration.
- Fulfil orders whose notes, correspondence or circumstances indicate personal, human or veterinary use.
4. Declined and cancelled orders
We may decline or cancel any order, and close any account, where we have reason to believe this policy is not being followed. Payments for cancelled orders are refunded.
5. Resale
Resale is permitted only to buyers who meet this policy, with this policy passed on to them. Products must not be relabeled or repackaged for any other purpose.
